Are there any tax issues when recharging, acquiring, selling, or refunding (redeeming) Open Voucher?
- Vouchers are a type of fixed-amount bearer instrument that can be exchanged for goods and are not subject to VAT under Article 4 of the Value-Added Tax Act. Accordingly, tax invoices are not issued during transactions, and no tax is imposed when refunding Open Voucher. However, when goods or services are provided using the voucher, a cash receipt can be issued by the service provider at the time of supply.
Can Minors Use Open Voucher?

How do I cancel Open Voucher recharge?
- Open Voucher recharge cancellation is only possible within 7 days of the payment. This applies only to recharges made via bank transfer or other payment methods (card, simple payments, etc.) and does not apply to recharges made via wallets.
