Can Minors Use Open Voucher?
- This service is available only to adults aged 19 or older. Therefore, minors cannot use the service. For related inquiries, please contact the customer center ([email protected]).

How do I cancel Open Voucher recharge?
- Open Voucher recharge cancellation is only possible within 7 days of the payment. This applies only to recharges made via bank transfer or other payment methods (card, simple payments, etc.) and does not apply to recharges made via wallets.
- Open Voucher recharge cancellation requests can be submitted through customer service. For bank transfers, submit the transfer confirmation, and for other payment methods, submit the card authorization number along with your registered email address to customer service via email ([email protected]).
- A refund fee of up to 1,000 KRW may apply when requesting a cancellation.
- The refund processing period is within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. For card payments, the processing time may vary depending on the card issuer.
