Chapter 1 General Provisions

Open Asset Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) considers the personal information of individual users to be important and makes every effort to protect such personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act. Therefore, to protect users' rights and to facilitate the smooth handling of grievances, the Company adheres to the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) when providing the Open Voucher service (hereinafter referred to as “Open Voucher” or “the Service”).

Chapter 2 Scope of Personal Information Collection and Usage Period

Article 1 Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes:

Fulfillment of contracts related to service provision, settlement of service-related fees, content delivery, product shipment or billing, identity verification for financial transactions and financial services, purchase and payment processing, fee collection, provision of specific customized services.

  1. Membership Registration and Management Identity verification for membership services, personal identification, prevention of fraudulent use by bad members and unauthorized use, confirmation of membership intent, limitation on the number of registrations, delivery of notices.
  2. Handling Complaints and Disputes

Identity verification, confirmation of grievances or disputes, notifications (fact confirmation, processing results, etc.), record retention for dispute resolution.

  1. Development of New Services and Use in Marketing/Advertising Development and specialization of new services (products), provision of services and advertisements based on demographic characteristics, determination of access frequency, statistics on members' use of services, delivery of event and promotional information (your personal information is not provided to individuals or groups requesting advertisements).
