Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 Purpose

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Open Asset Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and the members (hereinafter referred to as “Members”) regarding the use of the Open Voucher and related services provided by the Company.

Article 2 Definitions

1. The definitions of the terms used in these Terms are as follows:

• Company: Refers to Open Asset Inc. and includes its online services, virtual business places, physical stores, or as a business entity.
• Service: Refers to all services related to Open Voucher, accessible by Members, regardless of the device (PC, mobile devices, access media, etc.) used.
• User: Refers to both Members and non-members who utilize the services provided by the Company.
• Member: Refers to individuals who have entered into a service use contract with the Company and have been assigned a User ID.
• ID: A combination of letters and numbers chosen by the Member and approved by the Company, used for Member identification and service use.
• Password: A combination of letters, numbers, and special characters set by the Member for privacy protection.
• Open Voucher Gift Certificate: A certificate issued by the Company, which records the amount, validity period, and usage locations as electronic information.
• Open Voucher Asset: Includes Open Voucher gift certificates and other assets issued by third parties, holding monetary value or exchangeable for monetary value, and usable for services such as sending, receiving, and withdrawing, both online and offline.
• PIN Number: A service password set separately by the Member to prevent fraudulent use and access.
• Authentication Information: Refers to methods recognized by the Company for personal authentication, such as passwords, PIN numbers, and cryptographic signatures.
• Post: Refers to codes (including URLs), text, audio, sounds, videos (including videos), images (including photos), files, etc., posted or registered by Members on services provided by the Company.
• Termination: Refers to the cancellation of the service contract by either the Company or the Member.
• Operator: Refers to the individual selected by the Company for the overall management and smooth operation of the service.
• Recharge: Refers to the act of transferring cash equivalent to the amount of the gift certificate to the Company to receive the Open Voucher gift certificate. (e.g., filling via account deposit)
